Reading/Writing/Book-ish Update

GREETINGS STACK WORMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are only 3 days and 4 nights until it's Halloween!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!!! Are you? Or are you like Kate Beringer? I'm ready for candy, Halloween movies, Pizza, and all-nighters! Plus, my Halloween vacations. I have a week off from work. During this week I plan on hitting up some second-hand bookstores. Then right after is NANOWRIMO which I'm already gearing up for.  And I figured out something; while I'm writing I can listen to Goosebumps audiobooks and then what isn't on YouTube I can just read the physical copies. That way I can read two books at once. Awesome right?  The Anthology I signed up for is different than what I originally thought. So, I need to come up with a new story. That's okay though, I always have ideas.  I got some books:  - Spin the Dawn (Fairyloot Limited edition) by Elizabeth Lim - Unravel the Dusk (Fairyloot Limited edition) by Elizabeth Lim - Jade Fire Gold (Owlcrate Special Edition) by Jun...

Book/writing/reading updates

GREETINGS STACK WORMS!!!!!!!!! I'm so...tired. Burned out. And it's works fault. The calls are overwhelming in numbers. Let alone how customers are acting towards us reps. Seriously, I want to be moved to chat. I hate being on the phone and if I lose this job I'm going to apply for disability. Yes, I qualify. I'm already restricted to the number of hours I can work, anyway. Doctor's orders.  I swear I didn't use to be this broken. If you're wondering, no it wasn't my idea, it was my girlfriend's. She doesn't want me to have another suicidal meltdown. And fair enough, I don't want that to happen either, when I was in the clinic Chema was stressed out, lonely, did not take care of herself at all, and I can't do that to her again.  Enough of my melodrama. Let's move on to some books I got:  - Yours Cruelly, Elvira by Cassandra Peterson - The Last Graduate by Naomi Novik - The Invisible Life of Addie La Rue by V.E. Schwab (B&N Speci...

Shelving Problems

GREETINGS STACK WORMS!!!!!!!!!!!! My shelves are in complete chaos!!! Aaaand I hate it.  I decided to try something new to conserve space. Paperbacks by size and double stacked, it worked for three shelves, then I ran out of Mass paperback. Then the taller paperbacks fucked it up by not having a uniform size!  Plus, my girlfriend handed me the paperbacks out of alphabetical order. I'm not going to be able to find anything. I could do it over again, but then that would mess up all the hard work she did matching the sizes. I'd feel bad.  I still have a few that I need to shelves but I think they will fit. Then I'm moving on to hardbacks. I'm going to them the usual way and see how much space I got. If I need more I'll stack.  I usually organize my shelf by genre and then alphabetically. Unelss, it's comics then I do those by title.  I did get some books in:  - Gwen, in Green by Hugh Zachary - Godzilla world of Monsters - Beasts of Prey by Ayana Gray (F...
